Zoning By-Law Amendments

Apply for a Zoning By-law Amendment

If you would like to amend the Zoning regulations for your property, you will need to apply for a Zoning By-law Amendment. It is a good idea to book a pre-consultation meeting before you start the application process. The current fee for a pre-consultation meeting is listed in the User Fees and Charges Schedule.

After the pre-consultation, you can complete a Zoning By-law Amendment Application and have it commissioned by a lawyer prior to submission. Once complete, you are required to submit the application by email, mail or by dropping off a copy to the Township Office.

You will also need to pay Otonabee Region Conservation Authority Planning fees.
