Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer has received a complete application for Zoning By-law Amendment and will hold a public meeting to consider the proposed amendment to the Township of Douro-Dummer Comprehensive Zoning By-law under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
Subject Property:
The subject property is shown on the key map above and is located in Part of Lot 25, Concession 2, in the Douro Ward, in the Township of Douro-Dummer, in the County of Peterborough, Part 1 on Plan 45R-17775, municipally known as 694 Birchview Road and having Roll Number 1522-010-001-14600.
The application has been assigned File Number R-06-25.

Public Meeting:
The meeting will be held in person with an option to attend virtually. Any person wishing to make written and/or oral submissions either in support of or opposition may attend the meeting in person or can make arrangements to attend the meeting virtually.

If you wish to view the public meeting in real time, but do not wish to speak to the application, the meeting will be hosted on the Township’s YouTube Channel. The meeting will also be recorded and available after the meeting for public viewing on the same platform.
