Township of Douro-Dummer Invites Community Input on New Asset Management Plan

The Township of Douro-Dummer is seeking community input to help shape priorities for its Asset Management Plan (AMP).

Led by PSD Citywide Inc., the AMP will guide how the Township invests in and maintains essential infrastructure including roads, parks, and recreation facilities to ensure services remain safe, reliable, and affordable.

Community feedback will help Council make informed decisions about future investments, balancing service levels, risks, and costs while planning for long-term sustainability.

ADM-2026-01 Design-Build of New Firehall and Public Works Building

The Township of Douro-Dummer invites tenders from qualified firms for the design and construction (Design-Build) of a new Firehall and Public Works facility.

The purpose of this project is to develop a facility that support emergency response and municipal operations by providing adequate and properly designed space for firefighting personnel, equipment, and emergency vehicles, as well as accommodating public works staff, fleet storage, equipment maintenance.

This project aims to strengthen essential community infrastructure, improving service delivery, and ensuring the facilities meet current operational requirements and future growth needs.
