Missed Garbage Collection
Pick-up moved to Tuesday July 28, 2026
Due to a staffing issue, curbside garbage collection for Monday July 27, 2026, was missed on several roads in the Township and will be collected on Tuesday July 28, 2026.
Residents on the affected roads are asked to leave their garbage at the curb until it has been collected.
Waste Connections apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates your patience and understanding.

The Municipal and School Board Elections will take place on October 26, 2026
Use Elections Ontario’s Voter Registration Service to confirm, update, add or remove your voter information for provincial and municipal elections, including School Board elections.
The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) remains responsible for collecting information about school support. To update your school support information, visit MPAC’s online School Support tool.

Peterborough County is currently seeking qualified individuals to serve as members of the Compliance Audit Committee for participating lower-tier municipalities in the 2026 Municipal Election.
