Business Ice Storm Assistance program - Funding Intake Open

Were you hit hard by the ice storm this past March and you've incurred expenses not covered by insurance? 

Your small business, farm, or non-profit might qualify for financial help through the Business Ice Storm Assistance (BISA) program. This one-time funding can help cover costs that aren’t covered by insurance - from repairs and cleanup to lost inventory.
Eligibility
To qualify for the BISA program, you must:
• be a small, owner-operated business, small owner-operated farm, or a not-for-profit organization
• have eligible costs related to the ice storm that are not covered by insurance
• submit a completed application form and supporting documents by October 31, 2025
