Garbage Collection Update - Route Delay | Monday, December 8, 2025

Due to unforeseen circumstances, curbside waste collection on Monday December 8, 2025 has been missed on several roads in the Township and will be collected on Tuesday December, 9, 2025. 

Impacted roads:

  • Chipmunk Road
  • Fourth Line Road-N-Dummer
  • Fifth Line Road-N-Dummer
  • Gilchrist Bay Road
  • Howard Drive
  • Sixth Line Road-N-Dummer
  • Third Line Road-N-Dummer
  • Whetung Road
  • White Lake Road East
  • White Lake Road West
  • Wildfire Drive

Winter Parking
Parking on Township roads is prohibited during the winter season (October 1 – April 30). This regulation is in place to allow for safe and efficient snow removal and winter road maintenance.

Snow Removal
It is a violation under the Highway Traffic Act, to plow, shovel, blow, or place snow on or across public roadways. Putting snow on roadways creates unsafe conditions for motorists.
