Notice of Road Allowance Closure and Sale Request - Twelfth Line Road Allowance
Council has received a request to stop-up, close and sell a portion of unopened road allowance between Concession 11 Part of Lot 1 and Concession 12 Part of Lots 1 and 2 in the Dummer Ward and sell it to the adjacent landowner, as shown on the sketch below.
Prior to Council commencing this process, Council is requesting to receive any comments that persons may have, relative to this request – either in support of or in opposition thereto. We would appreciate any comments being in writing and being received by the Municipal Office on or before December 21, 2025.
