RFP ADM-2025-01 Building Condition Assessments for Municipal Facilities

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer to prospective Bidders to submit bids for comprehensive Building Condition Assessments (BCAs) for twelve (12) municipal facilities to support strategic asset management planning and capital budgeting.

The purpose of these assessments is to provide the Township with a comprehensive understanding of the current state of its facility portfolio, enabling informed decision-making for capital planning, budget allocation, and strategic facility management. Each facility assessment will include detailed component inventories, condition ratings, remaining useful life estimates, replacement cost projections, and prioritized renewal recommendations organized by timeframe.
