Douro Community Centre Construction — Update April 2026

Construction at the Douro Community Centre is scheduled to take place from April through September 2026 as part of important facility upgrades.

This work will include the replacement of the arena floor, along with upgrades to key equipment, helping to ensure the facility continues to serve the community for years to come. These improvements are made possible through funding from the province’s Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund (CSRIF).

While construction is underway, the Harvest Room and Wellington Room will remain available for rentals. Please note that some construction noise may be heard during work hours.
