Household Hazardous Waste Collection Days — 2026

The Township is pleased to announce that Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection days have been scheduled for 2026.

These events provide an opportunity for residents to properly dispose of materials such as paints, solvents, batteries, and other household hazardous waste that should not be placed in regular garbage or recycling.

During the following dates, residents can dispose of household hazardous materials at the Hall’s Glen Transfer Station. 

May 2026 — Household Hazardous Waste Collection:

• Date: Saturday, May 23, 2026
• Time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Location: Hall’s Glen Transfer Station (1951 County Road 6, Douro-Dummer, Ontario K0L 2H0)

August 2026 — Household Hazardous Waste Collection:

• Date: Saturday, August 15, 2026
• Time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Location: Hall’s Glen Transfer Station (1951 County Road 6, Douro-Dummer, Ontario K0L 2H0)
