All office services will resume on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.

Hall's Glen Summer Hours — May 1 to October 31:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday – 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Sunday – 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Tuesday and Thursday – closed

Public Comment Period Extended to September 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

The deadline to register for the Public Comment Period for the September 8, 2026, Regular Council Meeting has been extended to Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. due to the Labour Day long weekend.

A list of registrants will be released at 4:00 p.m. prior to the meeting.

Douro Doings 

The Historic 96th Douro Doings will take place on Labour Day, Monday, September 7, 2026, at the Douro Park and St. Joseph’s Parish Hall.

The Douro Doings is a great way to celebrate Labour Day, and participate in a cherished community tradition. 

Daytime events at Douro Park: 

• Car & Truck Show
• Snack bar
• Live entertainment
• Fastball and Slow pitch games
• 10K Run
• Kids’ races
• Tug of War Showdown

Evening events at St. Joseph's Parish: 

• Roast Beef dinner from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Quilt Raffle at 8:00 p.m.
