Register to Vote for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections

The Municipal and School Board Elections will take place on October 26, 2026

Use Elections Ontario’s Voter Registration Service to confirm, update, add or remove your voter information for provincial and municipal elections, including School Board elections. 

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) remains responsible for collecting information about school support. To update your school support information, visit MPAC’s online School Support tool.

NOTICE: Missed Garbage Collection — Pick-up moved to Wednesday, July 29, 2026

Curbside garbage collection scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, 2026, was missed on several roads in the Township. 

Crews from Waste Connections of Canada are working to catch up after missed collections on both Monday and Tuesday. The affected roads will be collected on Wednesday, July 29, 2026.

Impacted Roads:

  • Center Dummer Road
  • Douglas Road
  • Eighth Line Road South Dummer
  • First Line Road South Dummer
  • Fourth Line Road South Dummer
  • River Lane
  • Seventh Line Road North Dummer
  • Seventh Line Road Mid Dummer
  • Webster Road 

If your garbage collection was missed on Monday July 27, 2026, or Tuesday July 28, 2026 please leave your garbage out for collection on Wednesday July 29, 2026.
