Seeking Community Input — Service Delivery Review Questionnaire Building, Planning, and Economic Development Departments

Triton Engineering is undergoing a Service Delivery Review (SDR) of the Township of Douro-Dummer's Building, Planning and Economic Development Departments. 

This process involves seeking feedback on the services provided by these departments from ratepayers, local business, Council, Township staff, and other stakeholders through a questionnaire.

The questionnaire has 18 parts with a series of optional answers in a list to be selected, and five open ended questions for participants to include their thoughts and suggestions.

All completed questionnaires will be processed by Triton Engineering. Data collected through the questionnaire is subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Only general trends will be summarized in the background report and final service delivery review report.

The final day to complete the questionnaire is April 30, 2026.
