Take notice that the Corporation of the County of Peterborough has received a complete application for an Official Plan Amendment in accordance with Section 22(6.4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990. The application has been assigned file number 15OP-25016.

And take notice that the Township of Douro-Dummer will hold a public meeting as outlined below to consider the proposed Official Plan Amendment under Section 22 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990.

Take Notice that the Township of Douro-Dummer will hold a Public Meeting on December 16, 2025, to consider the passing of a by-law to adopt new and amended building fees and charges. 

The County of Peterborough (County) are undertaking a Transportation Master Plan (TMP) Study for the Lakefield area road network. 

Take Notice that the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer previously provided Notice of Complete Application for a Zoning By-law Amendment in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990.

Take Notice that the Council of the Township of Douro-Dummer will hold a public meeting of the Committee of Adjustment to consider a proposed minor variance under Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
