Take notice that the Corporation of the County of Peterborough previously provided Notice of Complete Application for an Official Plan Amendment (OPA) in accordance with Section 22(6.4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended. The application has been assigned file number 15OP-20003.

And take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer previously provided Notice of Complete Application for a Zoning By-Law Amendment (ZBA) in accordance with Section 34(10.4) of the Planning Act. The application has been assigned file number R-02-20.

And take notice that the Council of the Township of Douro-Dummer will hold a public meeting as outlined below to consider the proposed Official Plan Amendment under Section 17 of the Planning Act, and to consider the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment under Section 34 of the Planning Act.

The Township of Douro-Dummer invites tenders from qualified firms for the design and construction of a new Firehall and Public Works facility. This project aims to strengthen essential community infrastructure, improving service delivery, and ensuring the facilities meet current operational requirements and future growth needs.

The Township of Douro-Dummer is seeking community input to help shape priorities for its Asset Management Plan (AMP). Community feedback will help Council make informed decisions about future investments, balancing service levels, risk, and cost while planning for long-term sustainability.
