The County of Peterborough has released the Spring 2023 yard waste collection schedule. Residents in Donwood can expect curbside collection during the weeks of:

May 15
May 29
Leaves, plants, brush and tree clippings must be set out in paper bags or reusable garbage containers with the lids off. Branches must be bundled no larger than 1m x 30cm (3'x1'). Material should be placed at the roadside before 7:00 a.m. on the Monday of collection week.

Collection may occur any day from Monday to Friday, not necessarily on garbage or recycling day. There are no limits and no tags required for leaf and yard materials.
