Township of Douro-Dummer State of Emergency Ended
The Township of Douro-Dummer has officially ended the State of Emergency, effective April 23, 2025.
All roads are open (with the exception of Douro 5th Line, between County Road 6 and Highway 28). If you spot a public works emergency call 705-926-0214.
Due to the high risk of grassfire in the spring, we encourage all residents with brush to use the disposal sites through out the Township and County, rather than burning brush. To check if there is a burn ban please visit dourodummer.burnpermits.com or call 1-844-971-1121. Burn permits can be purchased online, 24 hours a day, on the burn permit website.
